The company has imported advanced equipment for production of auto parts from United States: the American Gleason Phoenix tooth milling machine, the German KF250B tooth milling processing equipment, the American MM's gear detectors, and the German WENZEL's three-coordinate measuring machines. The company features streamlined mode of production management system with over 10 process lines for processing gears, axle shafts, axle housings and coating. Over 2 million units of mini-bus axles, 2.2 million units of gears and 150,000 units of passenger car driving axles are expected to be put out in 2012. Its market share in China for mini-bus drive axles reaches above 65% and its export destinations include America, Asia and European countries.
The car suspension series are produced with advanced technology from the British Mina company and advance other companies in China in aspects of research & development, production, and product inspection. The company's annual output capacity is 800,000 units for car suspensions and 400,000 units for car rear axles. Its production lines features the state-of-art vertical machining station, digitally controlled double-wire pulsed welding machines (welding robots) and twist beam real axle measuring apparatus.
